Next Cascade Core delivers customized, human-led technical audits, cohort modeling analyses, and telemetry architecture consulting. Because our engagements require substantial upfront allocation of senior engineering hours and specialized analytical resources, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions governing cancellations, deposits, and fee adjustments.
1. Engagement Deposit & Cancellation Prior to Commencement
- Advance Cancellation (More than 5 Business Days): If a client cancels a scheduled audit engagement in writing more than five (5) business days prior to the agreed kickoff date, any initial deposit paid will be refunded in full, less a 5% administrative and banking processing fee.
- Late Cancellation (Less than 5 Business Days): Cancellations made within five (5) business days of the scheduled kickoff date are subject to a 20% retention of the initial deposit to offset pre-allocated engineering capacity. The remaining 80% will be promptly refunded.
2. Work Already Started & Milestone Deliveries
Once an engagement has commenced (marked by the initial telemetry ingestion, repository access, or technical kickoff meeting):
- Work in Progress: If a client requests termination after work has started, billing will be calculated based on the actual consulting hours completed and specific milestone deliverables furnished up to the written date of termination.
- Delivered Milestones: Completed audit phases, preliminary findings reports, and custom SQL/spreadsheet models delivered prior to termination are non-refundable. Any unearned portion of the initial deposit will be remitted back to the client within ten (10) business days.
- Final Deliverable Acceptance: Following the delivery of the complete Diagnostic Audit Dossier and the conclusion of the executive walkthrough workshop, engagement fees are fully earned and non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling & Project Pauses
We recognize that mobile development sprint priorities can shift unexpectedly:
- Notice Period: Clients may reschedule an audit kickoff date up to two (2) times without penalty by providing at least three (3) business days’ written notice.
- Extended Project Pauses: If a client pauses an active engagement due to internal codebase refactoring or store credential delays, the project may remain on hold for up to sixty (60) calendar days without forfeit of deposit.
4. Technical Audit Guarantee & Dispute Resolution
If our preliminary telemetry audit fails to identify at least one material discrepancy between your client-side event dispatch and your verified store transaction records, we will deliver the baseline cohort model without assessing second-phase billing.
If a client believes an audit deliverable does not satisfy the technical specifications set forth in the signed Statement of Work, the client must submit a detailed written notice within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Next Cascade Core will provide a complimentary technical revision and data re-verification within five (5) business days.
5. Refund Request Process & Processing Times
- Submission: Submit your refund or cancellation request in writing to info@nextcascadecore.click citing your Statement of Work reference number and reason for the request.
- Review: Our practice director will review the request against logged consulting hours and milestone records within three (3) business days.
- Remittance: Approved refunds will be remitted to the original payment method (bank wire transfer or corporate card) within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
